Congratulations to the winners of the competition to select our Green Code for Biodiversity.
Their slogan "Nurture Nature" was chosen for its creative design and simple yet powerful message.

Mrs. Aherne's class designed a wonderful poster which captures the essence of biodiversity.

Mrs. Aherne's class made a log pile house for mini-beasts.

All classes contributed to the building of a bug hotel, under the guidance of Ms. Jennifer McDonald, The Heritage Council.

Meet the Biodiversity Green Schools Committee!
They are keeping us all on task in our quest for our fifth Green Flag for Biodiversity.

6th class pupils each chose a mini-beast to research and complete a project on. Their findings proved very interesting!!

6th class went on a mini-beast hunt exploring various habitats around the school. It was a great adventure and everyone enjoyed it, particularly using the pooters to catch and examine the mini-beasts!!!!

Thank you to all the pupils, parents and staff who participated in our annual Spring Clean on Thursday, 26th March. It was a wonderful team effort and we were all delighted to play a role in contributing to keep our classrooms, school grounds and surrounding area clean and litter free.
