Word of Thanks- Confirmation 2015

On behalf of the Confirmation Class 2015, there are a few people we would like to thank for helping to make our day really special. Thank you Bishop Leahy for coming to Kildimo today to confirm us. Fr. Donworth, we also say a special thank you to you for your help in preparing us for today's ceremony.

To our parish clerk, Ann Hayes who has as usual made sure that the church is looking beautiful. We say a big thank you.

Many thanks to the staff of Kildimo National School who have been and continue to be a great support to us. Indu, we would like to thank you for the hard work you put into preparing our mass booklet for today. A special mention to Mrs. Foley and Mrs. Aherne for co-ordinating the music and preparing the choir for today.

Thanks a million to Nives who as always has greatly enhanced our ceremony with her musical talent. A big thank you to Orla, Rebecca and Luisa for taking time off school and sharing their talents with us. We must not forget the 3rd and 4th class boys and girls, your singing was superb.

To our sponsors, some of whom have travelled from far and wide and others who have just come from down the road to be with us today, to you we say a big thank you for sharing this special day with us and for taking on the responsibility of helping to guide us as we move on to the next step of our spiritual journey.

To our parents and guardians, we thank you for the love and support you constantly show us, in spite of all the times you embarrass us!

And last but not least, on behalf of the 5th and 6th class, I would like to express our gratitude to our teachers Mrs. McNamara and Mr. O'Neill. They have worked so hard to prepare us for every aspect of our Confirmation Day. We believe that they have done a fantastic job in making this a very memorable day.
