Kildimo NS has re-engaged with the school self evaluation process as per DES guidelines. Please see the school's new School Improvement Plan and Whole School Literacy plan documents under the School Self Evaluation section of the website.

Review of Child Safeguarding Statement

The Board of Management undertook its annual review of the school's Child Safeguarding Statement and Anti-Bullying Policy at its meeting of Monday 21st January 2019.

Updated school website and school App

A plan is in place for an overhaul and update of the school website and the set up of a school App during the third term, with a view to the App being the main mode of communication between the school and home from September 2019. Further details will issue in forthcoming newsletters.

Mid Term Break

School will remain closed on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd February for mid term break.

Primary Language Curriculum Training Day

School will remain closed on Wednesday 20th February 2019 to facilitate staff training in the New Primary Language Curriculum.

School Tours 2019

All classes will go on their school tour on Tuesday 18th June 2019. School will remain closed that day to facilitate the tours.

Catholic Schools Week

Catholic Schools Week takes place next week. In celebration of Catholic Schools Week, all pupils will attend Mass on Friday 1st February (The Feast of St. Bridget).
Ms. O' Driscoll's 3rd/4th class will host a celebration for Grandparents' Day next month.
